These folks are outstanding, responsive, and overall great to work with. Particularly “Mike” from the team is AMAZING! He’s highly accessible, goes above and beyond his call of duty, and personally follows up (especially during the record setting heats this summer of 2022). Come Xmas time I may need to figure out a special way to recognize the team :)

Have used this business several times for HVAC in our home. Always great service and fair prices. Knowledgeable and friendly techs. Our A/C quit working yesterday in this heat wave. They came out first thing this morning! Today's tech Jim explained his work while I watched. A rare experience in today's world. System is now you and running again. Thank you!

I first used this business a year and a half ago when my heater stopped working. They responded quickly and sent someone out to repair the heater the same day. The technicians repaired the issue and checked that it worked before they left. Two days later it was inoperative once more,and technicians where sent out again at no cost, to repair the issue. All was good up to this point. This year I decided to sign up for their maintenance program, a technician came and serviced heating and cooling and said he had completed ,but did not check to make sure all worked. Next morning my heating wouldn't come on, so I called and someone else was sent out to see what the problem was. He said to me that a part was broken and it needed to be repaired,of course I asked how the gentleman that was here the previous day to service,did not see that, and added that he never reconfirmed that all was working right. The response was that he would report the issue,have the part ordered,and that I would receive a discount for the new part when they received the part . After not hearing anything back from Central Oregon heating for ten days, I called back only to be told that there had been no follow up from the technician,and that they would get back to me. It has been another two weeks since then,at at this point I will be contacting another business to have the heater repaired for the third time in a year and a half,mind you that this is a two year old heater. I have had a very disappointing experience with this company,and feel that I have literally thrown 140 dollars which I paid for the maintenance , out the window!

Andy was super quick and efficient with his work! He was very professional and solved the problem quickly. He was able to fix both issues we had while He was here. An amazing and excellent worker!

I have them change the air filters twice a year. It depends on what type of filter you buy
I don't have a maintenance program.
