Associates nowhere to be found! Spent 20 minutes roaming around the TV section and no one ever came over to offer assistance. Finally searched around the store found someone with their head stuck in their phone to help but didn't seem to care about a sale. Showed them my phone with the TV I wanted and they finally got it from the backroom and brought it to the front register. Had slight problems there with getting an email promotion applied to my account but it was finally resolved when a supervisor was called. Overall satisfied with the TV but not with the Manalapan BestBuy

Last-Man-Standing Dept., Continued: I've already written up Best Buy as pretty much the last remaining choice for brick-n-mortar purchasing of tech-related products. But, there's another cool aspect of BB, which is proximity: Let's say you need an 8-terabyte hard drive rather urgently, but you discover the big-box 'Buy nearest you is all out of 'em. On their website, you can quickly find out if the next-nearest store has it, and, if they do, map their coordinates and hop onto or into your chosen means of personal transportation to grab it. I call this "when Prime isn't fast enough."

Please please double check your refunds if cash. The guy there tried to short change me a $20 bill handing me 7 20's of a $160 return. I read about these exchanges and it happened to me here at best buy. He should have double checked before handing me the cash. Not nice.

Typical Best Buy. Since this is the closest location to me, I can speak on my experiences. Alot of instances where something is in their stock online, but not in the store when I get there. Employees, specifically in the phone section are kind of rude. They always seem to rush through things, and have rules that if its an hour to closing they cant help you in certain situations. Also alot of staff, but when I ask simple questions such as return policy, online orders, in store pickup, warranties, etc, I am passed around to multiple people and I never get a solif answer.
