One complaint. The smell of cleaning products was overwhelming when we checked into the room! The babies and I were gasping for fresh air! Not sure what it was but the room was clean! Very clean. Service is great!

The rooms are out dated and not at all “clean” looking. The staff were extremely unhelpful with not only clarifying reservations, but after our stay I reached out to ask about my watch being left behind. The manager Diana was extremely rude and stated I was asking for something above and beyond. When I asked to speak to the GM James she said he was not there until later. I emailed and called later to speak to James. He nevertheless had come and gone and I was told (by Diana again), that he didn’t find it. I work in an industry where customer service matters. Apparently it does NOT here. Stay somewhere else.

I was given a remodeled/updated room, the bathroom was exactly as before (still needs a good cleaning). The new furniture is not new and is pretty beat up. The microwave doesn't work as expected, a paper towel was under the rotating tray so it could spin, but that only partially worked. The last couple of times I stayed there I was all the problems were being addressed by the renovations. Price was higher and not worth the expected improvements.

I wish I could give more than five stars, this Hotel is amazing! We were welcomed by Karen. This Karen was definitely not a Karen and was the sweetest lady I have ever met! And she made us feel so welcome!! :) The Hotel was nice and clean. The shower worked very well, and they even offer complimentary toiletries. The breakfast was individually wrapped (Due to Covid) but had lots to choose from! I would definitely recommend this place if you ever find yourself in Jersey!
