I am handicapped, and I just want to know how the store is laid out, so I can select an item, know which aisle it is in, & most importantly, how to most easily park near that aisle. Cannot get Lowe's to answer their phone. No way to know how to make this easier on myself. Bad idea not to pick up your phone, Lowe's! Bad idea. Can't do curbside because I don't do cell phones.

Terrible customer service. The representative who was supposed to provide help and resolve a problem, actually went berserk and started shouting and using profanity/foul.language/cursing then proceeded to run from the customer service desk never to be seen again. I will not be shopping in Lowes anytime soon. I asked to see the taped footage. But my request was refused. Not one person at the customer service desk stepped in to help or acknowledged the extraordinarily offensive behavior of the representative who displayed this vile temper and language. This occurred in Manchester NJ. Suffice it to say the problem was not resolved to my satisfaction.

Bought washing machine from this Lowes. Told us they would deliver today 1/24/2022 between 9 to 1. Called Store told that washer was on the truck but Delivery Service were probably behind. Told me he could give me number of the sub contractor that does deliveries so I could call them. Did I buy this from lowes??? 430 pm after being hung up on twice, I spoke with Brenda who told me to hold on, call was transfered and rang until it disconnected again. I called back, Brenda answered soon as I identified myself she hung up on me! When I finally got thru, another lady told me that the 4 hour window does mean that they will be there in that 4 hr window, that in fact it meant they had 4 hrs after 1pm and they could be as laterbecause they(the delivery sub contractor)could Deliver it up until 930 pm. She also said she could give me the number for the delivery service so I could call them to see where my washer was. It's 6:44 pm and still no washer! If I could give a 1/2 a star I would.

Do not order online or on the phone. Two weeks of misinformation and no delivery. Got fed up and canceled the order. Decides to deliver and charge me regardless while also missing things from the order. Two weeks now of trying to get them to pick up the items they left on my lawn, I can't move myself. They left it there without properly notifying me before hand. Constant misinformation and sending me in circles phone wise. NEVER ORDER ORDER FROM THEM, EVER.
