Great experience buying my lightly used Triumph Street Triple! After reaching out to A&S I came in and they let me test ride a near match in their used inventory. It was a nice bike in good condition, but I was hoping for one with a bit fewer miles. A few weeks later, A&S reached out to me with the opportunity to get a first look another Street Triple that had just arrived. This next bike appeared to be in great condition with very low miles for the same price as the previous one that I test rode. After putting down a small deposit to secure it for purchase, A&S performed their mechanical/electrical inspection and discovered some issues that required replacement parts from Europe. With the supply issues as they are due to the pandemic, it took several weeks for the parts to make it to the shop. Throughout the wait, my salesperson (Mo) contacted me every two weeks letting me know the status. Once the parts finally did arrive, A&S repaired the bike within a couple of days so I could purchase the bike and bring it home that weekend. All salespeople and mechanics treated me with respect, even when my bank's automated fraud-alert caused my down payment to be declined on the first attempt (embarrassing). I purchased one of the A&S service plans for my bike because I was impressed by the organization and personnel of the service department. The bike is just what I wanted and I'm quite pleased with my buying experience with A&S Motorcycles.

Randy and Mo were incredibly helpful with the purchase of my beautiful new 2022 Triumph Trident 660. I had to travel a couple hours to complete the purchase and all paperwork but that was no problem for A&S. Mo was able to prepare most everything before I got to the shop and the service department was even able to install some upgrades the same day. Finance was also awesome. I can honestly say this was one of the most enjoyable purchases I’ve ever made. The only thing that’s been more fun has been riding around on my new bike! Thank you to everyone at A&S! I have driven by this Dealership many times but back in August I got referred by a friend and decided to see. I ordered a new Motorcycle and from the beginning the sales Rep. Harrison was thr best. Help me understand how to understand the manufacturer and the options. Admitted it's alot for anyone made me feel comfortable. The process due to pandemic supply chain issues delayed the delivery but they kept me posted all along the way. Management was top notch and even with a small hiccup Randy gave me options. After a few weeks 600miles I did my first Service and Again I was impressed with services willingness to satisfy my inexperience with this brand. I hung around while service was done, offered coffee and Danish. They even offered an uber ride if I chose to leave :) I've had Zero surprises and No compliant of the quality or level ef expertise offered at A & S My 2022 BMW S1000RR will always get serviced @A&S Motorcycles
