It pains me to say this because I genuinely love the staff at this location and think they are professional and hard-working, but the quality of Home Depot items has deteriorated to the point where they are reliably just junk.100% of the major purchases I’ve made on here have broken almost immediately. Gas grill: worked once and then igniter broke. Glass coffee table I ordered online: arrived in shards. Here is a 60 dollar umbrella base I purchased maybe 8 months ago. Barely moved it at all and it split in half. I’m done with Home Depot I’m general.

I drove for 30 minutes to get to this location to buy cabinets that the website said were in stock. I asked someone for help & they said there were none, when in fact there was on top of a mess of boxes that could only be reached using the staircase. The worker left to get someone to help me. After 20 minutes I went to an associate nearby (there were more workers than people) & asked for help. She laughed in my face & said the kid went to get someone already. After another 15, I used the staircase to bring the cabinet down myself. No worker made any move to help me when they passed by me. Instead they avoided me. I am not coming here again for how they disrespected my father and I.

All was great I found what I needed, but I was surprised when I asked the person for electrical about a special adapter for a light bulb. First the response was nope only those bulbs can be used then I showed them a adapter on Amazon and then it was oh yeah that on Aisle 5.. All and all it worked out job is done and price for everything was perfect for my client Thanks Home Depot!! (GU24 Adapter to standard bulb)

6:10 AM really is the best time to go to Home Depot. Seems like there’s an associate in almost every aisle. I wonder where they all go in the afternoon? I did have a couple of specific items I was on the hunt for and received about the same experience is when people are queued up From the associates.

Signs up pushing masks and distancing. Most people respect it. Those who don't are not engaged... Not worth a fight. Employees keep stations clean and checkout process is done better than most places (barriers, sanitization, distancing demarcation, extra staff on hand to control customer flow).
I would contact the rental center and see if they can help. If not contact a roofing supply company and I'm sure they could set you up with someone to help you out.
Call them and ask, I'm sure they will be more than happy to help you!
