Love the peace & quiet & owners are very kind & keep up on everything they are very efficient nice place to have a flower garden to enjoy absolutely quiet no drug activity at all all working family's & retired people family owned responsible are great landlords come almost immediatly when you are locked our & need a repair. The best landlords I have ever had& reasonable rent

This is a great place to live I have been here over 3 yrs now & the owners & staff are so kind & very efficient about getting repairs done immediately the tenants are good decent people it is kept clean & mowed such a perfect family owned business great friendly family owners
