Country Hills is Expensive!! Please compare their prices to other vets in the area. Had one dog spayed and shots and another dog just a few shots and 2 days boarding for the 2 dogs. Almost $700 is too expensive for RESCUE dogs.

I rarely leave reviews but i wish I could give 0 stars, Very disappointed, front staff is just doing their job so I totally understand they have no control but this place is overpriced for the service given, would NOT recommend. Please go to the Highland vet clinic in Paintsville instead they are definitely more helpful and caring of the animals in an affordable way! Background; My cat was bitten by a dog and had a broken leg as well as other issues (bleeding) and they charged $300+ for and emergency visit, overnight stay and medicine, this price was strictly just the stay and medicine, not even including x-rays in the price and didn't even give my cat a cast or splint to help him walk. They also stated that they didn't use all the medicine listed...that I had to pay for, I would for sure understand the price if the x-rays were included but they weren't. I just feel as if it was definitely excessive for what they did. Neverthless I appreciate the help with my cat but I wish they genuinely cared for the animals in an affordable way.

Dr. Mark Green is an excellent caring veterinarian, as well as all the techs that work with him, I've been going for quite a while now and have always had a pleasant experience... they always treat me and more importantly my dog Cinnamon with care.. and prices are very very acceptable... I would highly recommend taking your pets here

Friendly staff. Great to animals and they actually listen to you and not jump to conclusions about what is wrong with your pet. A little pricey but good care calls for a little more money.Thank you for your great review! We try to go above and beyond for our clients and their fur babies! 😊❤️

We treat small animals: dogs, cats, rabbits, and pocket pets. We also do nails, wings and beaks on birds and limited treatment of reptiles.
Lisa, there can be many causes for the increased thirst and urination, from a urinary tract infection to organ malfunction or diabetes. It sounds like a vet visit would be a good idea for a comprehensive exam, urinalysis and blood panel to get to the bottom of it and to give your little one some relief.
It depends on the animal.
We do many spays and neuters for the Animal Alliance of Eastern Ky. Please go to their website for applications! AAEKy.org
Not sure, call or check their web site for hours.
