Your employees work very hard. I feel they are unappreciated. I’ve seen things. Please respect your employees. I know many people, and I’ve heard some horror stories about how they were treated. But my main reason for this is MASKING IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Although Kroger is where we shop, I am considering quitting until your employees have a choice of masking. It’s over. Masks don’t work and should be a choice.

Although they do try. There are many vegan items that I try to find that are just not available. I really wish this area would step into current times and bring in new things. It's hard relocating to this area and not having healthy food options available. And the organic items in the produce section are slim and some items not carried in organic options at all. I have to make trips to wholefoods or trader Joe's to get what I need or order online. And whoever that mean and rude lady is that works the self checkout in the mornings with the short gray hair needs to be fired, she has no customer service skills at all and seems like a very miserable person. She needs to retire or be fired! And the dogs that customers are bringing into the store has gotten completely out of hand. These are NOT service dogs and should not be allowed in the store

So somehow I get assigned a prescription pickup for this location around 8:15 pm and drive an hour there just to be told they closed the pharmacy at 8… supposedly 15 minutes before they even accepted the offer for this prescription pickup. …
