I don't normally take my 2002 RL in for service at the dealer but had a recall that needed inspection so went online and scheduled an appointment for later that week. I was greeted by Hector upon arrival who was very polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me. I was happy when he commended me for taking such good care of my car, which could almost be called a classic! I really love this car and am doing my best to drive it for as long as I can. Anyways I was in and out within a few hours without any hassle whatsoever! Recalls are performed free of charge but Hector still had my car washed and fluids topped off! Couldn't ask for a better experience or nicer service! I highly recommend Acura of Sherman Oaks!

He was so helpful and accommodating with my work schedule; he helped me figure out the best way to drop off my car and got me out of there within the time frame that I had and gave me a complimentary car wash. Alfredo helped us with getting our new MDX and he made it as simple and straightforward as possible. Their pricing was one of the best around given the current market conditions and this was a big factor in selecting them over the other dealerships in SoCal. Once we made up our minds he helped to get a lot of the paperwork completed ahead of time, so we could be in and out as quickly as possible. Overall fine experience and I would recommend them to others interested in an Acura.

4 Years fall outside of the warranty period. The warranty is 3 Years OR 36k Miles, whichever comes first.
If the warranty is past 3 years/36K miles, then there's nothing can be done.
