Can't wait for the Asurion Oakland location to open in October. This neighborhood desperately needs quality smartphone services, unlike the terrible customer service at this location. Any business owner who spends time blaming customers with low reviews doesn't merit staying in business.

Quoted $275 for a Samsung screen repair and refused to provide a formal invoice until after being paid. When required to provide written cost estimate up front, stated Microsoft Excel license isn't working so unable to provide at all. Avoid at all costs, anyone who too cheap to buy a legal version of Microsoft Office isn't qualified to perform smartphone repair.

Came in two weeks ago to get my phone screen repaired after it turned black after a face down fall (no cracks though). Repaired in about an hour. The replacement screen quality looked a bit off but didn’t complain because I was just happy to have my phone back. I had a minor drop today and now half of my screen is shattered under the screen protector confirming my hunch about the poor quality replacement screen. Never had this happen from a drop like this previously. I have a phone case on it too. Won’t be doing business here again.
