So I had purchased 2 of the vapes hyde vapes which one was $39 1 was 37 the $39 I opened up and I used and I charged it when I charged it it leaked everywhere asked if they could do something like a new one because it was 13 days after I bought it they refused!!! WONT DO BUSINESS AGAIN

They have virtually no knowledge of the products they sell. On two occasions they gave me the wrong coil for my vape despite me telling them which one I needed. They insisted I was wrong but when I returned they refused to give a refund. They were also very rude. They basically lost about $5000 in business from my family for less than $20 profit. I will never return and can say the same for another 10 people.

If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would in a heart beat! I went over there tonight because the usual place that I go to wasn’t open so I had no other choice since I had no vape juice. I went to get some and let me tell you this was the worst experience I’ve ever had! I tried to ask the employees which juice would be best and would be similar to something I usually have, they told me straight to my face that they don’t know and don’t vape so they have no idea what any of the juices taste like. I even asked if they had any sample bottles I could test put the product before wasting my money on something I wouldn’t like, they said they don’t do that. So I decided on the pink burst thinking it would taste like a pink startbusrt, oh boy was I wrong!! It tastes NOTHING like that. I couldn’t even pin point what flavor it ACTUALLY is.

I had to wait like twenty minutes while the worker kept ringing up other ppl before me when I was in line before them. I was not satisfied with the dab pen that they recommended. I asked for the best pen in the shop I was willing to spend a couple hundred bucks if I had to but he just grabbed a 70 dollar pen and handed it to me. About three weeks later the pen doesn't work at all.
