Every time I go there, they can't hear anything and my vehicle is off completely, I get my order wrong every single time, this time I ordered not just for my self but just for 3 people and got everything right except for my order, I speak clearly and say what I'm ordering multiple times and they still get it wrong. And most of the time there's a line out to the road. I do not recommend anyone to go here. Yes it's the only kfc taco bell in this area, but it's absolutely ridiculous that nobody can get the order right. I use to work here back in 2010 and we never had a line that long or had that many people get their order wrong. If nobody wants to do their job then get rid of em and start fresh with someone else.

Not only do they forget to give you sauces and utensils, but they also forget the cookie you pay for almost flawlessly. It’s pretty disgusting inside to the point it affects food safety even.

40 mins + in the drive thru.... got to the window... paid .. got my drinks... & sat there for almost another 10 mins. My drinks sitting there ice melting & I see other people's orders ready.. I heard what sounded like "that's the taco bell order we need to get done". Then it was the worst food I have ever had. Will drive further if I have to but will never go back... Oh .. they only are operating the drive thru.. no entrance into the building

Food was good but the food safety is in need of help... The person at the register was friendly. They were wearing cloves ...however they touched everything from money to the counter and never changed them while we were there. They even grabbed our cup and lids on the inside with the same gloves..
