Called multiple times and was told each time someone would call back and they never did. Emailed through the website & no response. Emailed someone directly and was never told they no longer work there and emails never bounced back saying so. Terrible customer service!! I went with another company.

Horrible service. Most of the guards are wanna be cops. They are rude and drive like they own the road. I have seen them activate their light bars to drive thru a red lights as if they are cops. This company is a huge liability for property owners like me

Where they secure we are not allowed to bring in any kind of food but here I see one of the black knight security guy walking up with a 7-11 bag and hands some kind of snack to a guy that. Lives here. At 2:00 am I go to sleep. Hungry Almost every night because we are.not allowed to bring in food this business is not too seriuos about thier job
