The hallway where my storage is located is disgustingly dirty and hasn't been cleaned in years. All my contents stored have become filthy due to soot and dirt. Customer service is a minus - 10. She is nasty, condescending, arrogant, militant, and combative. Don't store there, you are warned.

Great customer service 👏 the lady on site was very helpful. walked me through everything quickly and efficiently as i had gotten there 20 minutes before closing but was still able to help me out without rushing.
