Recently stayed here and the hotel was excellent. The room was very nice and clean, and the breakfast was fantastic. Location is fantastic relative to interstate highways; plus there is a gas station, convenience store, Applebees, and Tesla/EV charging stations all on site. Highly recommend.

Stayed here because of the Tesla SuperCharger and needing a pet friendly hotel as a stop over for a long from trip from Georgia to upstate Pennsylvania. Was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, service, and amenities at this hotel. Applebees in walking distance and a great breakfast bar at the hotel. If you are a Tesla owner, this is a great place for a stopover for your trip.

I made a reservation about 6 months ago at this location. On the day of arrival, I was told our reservation has been cancelled and there are no rooms available. This is after we drove about 5 hours to get there. The front desk lady didn’t even have a clue what’s going on. A cleaning lady behind the front desk told us the manager-Tom Osella called me and left a voicemail about the cancellation. However, I received neither phone calls nor voicemails. I did receive two emails 1-2 days before the actual stay about online check in. On top of this, the front desk didn’t even attempt to help us locate available rooms in the area within the IHG group. We were basically left hung out to dry. Fortunately, we were able to get a room at the BEST WESTERN next to it at a discounted rate. The staff at the BEST WESTERN was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you BEST WESTERN! Follow up comments: I received an email this week from the hotel manager- Tom Osella after I made a complaint through the customer service. This hotel manager who claimed unable to reach me before regarding the cancellation somehow is able to reach me now. Needless to say, he didn't offer any meaningful resolution. All of these just showed me the kind of service Holiday Inn (IHG group) has to offer.

This hotel was fine for a quick overnight on the way elsewhere. Small fitness room, okay breakfast, reasonably sized room and bath. Nice people.
