The wax itself was not awfully bad, although I wasn’t pleased with my waver, but about two weeks after I started getting ingrown hairs. A ton of ingrown hairs and it itched and was uncomfortable and excruciating! It was so bad. I’ve been going to EWC for yeeeeaaaars, and this has never happened with any waxer I’ve had. I always exfoliate and use the ingrown serum, yet it did not help this time around. I typically go to Brea, but they were booked, so I settled for Whittier’s. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back. Maybe it’s just me, but… yea, my waxer did an awful job.

I just had my full bikini wax done with Esmeralda and I honestly can't rave enough about her. I'm a super shy person and I hardly ever get waxed but Esmeralda was so welcoming. She was SUPER fast and kept me talking which helped. I was out with in 15 mins (I had a 5 week grow out). I was telling one of my girlfriends about her and she said she gets waxed by her as well! I'll definitely be booking with her in the future!
