Not very friendly reception, limited toiletry items given, not very comfortable pillows. Clean and convenient location to shops, restaurants and 20 mins drive to Six Flags Great Adventure. We asks for late check out on Sun but it incurs $25 fee. Overall, not quite worth the price

I have stayed here multiple times and always been happy. The rooms are simple but clean. Wifi is good and I have always had good customer service. I feel safe here as a woman traveling alone.

Terrible customer service with these people. My wife and I tested positive for COVID the week of our stay, we contacted hotels.com and the representatives did everything they could to reschedule our room, but management refused. So we lost out on the money we spent on this room. During these hard times, it’s in acceptable that there is no consideration for these unexpected events, and even the fact we didn’t want a refund only wanted to reschedule our stay. Unacceptable, and I will never book with this hotel again.
