Made sure I checked online to see what time they opened since I was going after work and both online and a sign posted on their very own door stated they opened at 9 AM on the day I went which was October 9,2019, well I got there around 9:15am and the door was still closed, some girl who I later found out said she was the manager kept walking by the door, she clearly seen me standing outside the store never once did she acknowledged me and ignored me like I wasn’t even standing there when she finally opened the door at 9:30 I asked her if they opened the store at 9 or 9:30 because both online and her store window said 9am she said they opened at 9:30, so I went ahead and pointed it out to her for her only to say ohh. Very disappointed I guess they don’t know how to train managers or they have very poor customer service here.

Great place to stop in and get party supplies. Things are hard to find at times because so much is crammed into that huge store! My kids love going because everything is displayed at their height. Service was really nice.

Went first thing in the morning and it was empty, which was so nice. The guy at the costume center was attentive, courteous, and quick. We have five kids and because of how efficient everything was, we were in and out with Halloween costumes in half an hour.

I was just there last night to grab a few things for my daughter birthday today. Just to find out all the chocolate coins I bought were no good. You girls need to do a better job with your candy inventory!!
