Horrible signage with one sign pointing to another door which indicates that store is closed and to go back to the main entrance. Once inside the main entrance, staff was lackadaisical and offered real no help. you're better off ordering on Amazon than having to deal with the absence of customer service

do not do business with these guys. they selling B.S product. i bought 2 laptops one used but working condition other brand new. either one worked and i had to send it back to get my refund i spent over $500 for these laptops. after i returned my laptops which i bought from them, I didn't get any response to my email for status of my refund no one called me, and no one gave me straight answers. so they had my laptops that i paid for and my money. these guys are ripoffs if don't want to lose your money go somewhere else and shop... avoid shopping from these people.
