I came in to get a trade estimate on my car and was met by Mike Fantozzi. He quickly got my information and had the appraisal done in no time. I was looking to order a Ram but Mike was able to show me one in their inventory that was extremely close to what I wanted. The trade numbers came back significantly higher than what I thought so Mike presented me with a deal that made perfect sense and I left with a new Ram. Being a former sales manager at another dealership, I can say with confidence that Mike is an awesome sales person. He listened to exactly what my wants/needs were, never pushed me in a different direction, and never tried to over sell me once! I went into get service done on my jeep, With possible intentions of also looking at trading it in because I was just unhappy with it. I was greeted by Chris Condello, He was eager to help me from the start. I had my doubts from the start that I would be able to get out of my current vehicle due to my recent bad credit and the fact I had only bought my jeep 9 months prior but he Kept a positive attitude the whole time. As well as his associates. I was under time restraints, when I was there. Not only did chris take his time, Do his research throughly but he made sure I knew exactly what was happening the entire time. He got me into something I absolutely love, at a price I could afford AND got my current co signer off my loan so I could finance on my own. The whole team went above and beyond. They made sure to get me out the door in a timely fashion as well. This is my second time buying with them and it will most definitely not be my last! Thank you guys for all your help and hard work!
