I've been going here for glasses and contacts for a few years now and am always very happy with my experience and product. Even when I moved and started going to the Sherman Oaks location, the service and products still didn't change. Everyone I encounter has a friendly smile and is very helpful. During my last visit, Jocelyn, really went out of her way to help find me the best contacts for the best price and best of all they were in stock so no waiting! She was very personable, helpful, and professional, a five star employee in my book. Thanks Jocelyn for your help! Hope to "see" you at my next visit, full pun intended ;-)

I went to the Sherman Oaks location and I was helped by Nina Allen. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was beyond courteous and professional. I have been to other locations, but I will definitely return to this location because of the great experience I had with Nina.

I loved Dr. Ngo and she helped me so much. I learned that she recently left which makes me very sad. I haven’t met Dr. Kit yet but I trust this company and have faith he will be equally as wonderful. I am writing this review to acknowledge the staff member Jazz. I walked in requesting to reorder contacts and refill an eye drop medication. Jazz greeted me warmly and was so helpful and attentive. She ordered my contacts in three minutes and told me she would speak to the doctor about filling my prescription when he returned from lunch. I left thinking I would have to call or come back another day but to my surprise when I got home I received a phone call from Jazz that the doctor refilled my prescription and asking what pharmacy to send it to. I feel Jazz went above and beyond to help me. I appreciate so much that she not only spoke to the doctor on my behalf but also took the time to call me and update me. I feel Jazz is an asset to the company and I am grateful for the excellent customer service she provided me. I have always loved this location and will keep coming back. Thank you again Jazz for great customer service.
