Elli and her staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They knew a lot about the Teddy Bear breed I purchased in February and was very thorough in explaining everything needed to take care of him. Even though they were extremely busy the day we stopped in, they still took the time to groom him and trim his nails while Elli went over the paperwork with me. We named him Cooper and he is such a good sweet boy, loves everyone he meets on our walks and has adjusted very quickly to his new home and gets along really well with our 2 other dogs we have in the house.
