The ladies that run this place are wonderful. I was looking for a certain flower for my special lady that was not in season, and they directed to where I could find them. Upon finding them at another florist, the other florist did a very poor job at making them presentable. As a last ditch effort I called up Grapevine Garden and Florist to see if they could revive the flowers and revive turned out to be an understatement. The lady who runs this establishment looked the bouquet up and down, and took them back and performed what felt like open heart surgery on them. The sloppy, unkept bouquet I had handed over was given back to me looking as beautiful as ever. And they did this free of charge! They were sympathetic to my dilemma and although it is seen as disrespect to ask another florist to rewrap a bouquet, they did it anyways out of the kindness of their heart. Great bunch over at this florist, you should definitely check them out! My girlfriend loved them!!

Happy to give 5 🌟. Great, helpful staff. Finally I found my basil! I was looking for a special basil. I found orange scented mint instead! Crazy for herbs. Beautifully displayed plants, veggies, flowers. All in top condition, watered & fresh. Worth a visit. 🌞 [after Grapevine's reply: 5 🌟 when you bring Columnar basil.]

I just have to give a SHOUTOUT to Joanne and the staff at Grapevine Garden and Florist for being so attentive to me while at their shop. Staten Island meets whimsical, this is not your typical florist in Staten Island. Their shop is filled with unique decorative items for any Christmas decor. I was amazed at how beautifully arranged everything was.. Having nothing for this season, I walked in looking for inspiration and found an incredible array of Christmas items.... then I found Joanne, who took her time and had tons of patience with me. She helped me with my vision and offered suggestions that really tied the look together. Thank you so much, Joanne, with your help, you made my Christmas vision come true. 🎄❤️🎄

We only allow two customers in the store at a time we have glass around cash register and absolutely no one is allowed in the store without a mask. In addition we have a cash register outside for garden supplies and plants setting up this week with the holiday and going forward. All workers are tested every 7 days and asked to bring in results.
Hi good afternoon Could you possibly give me some insight as to what order this was and what exactly is the issue. If there was a problem and we are not made aware how can we fix it.
