On the west side bank outer 880 north bound. By the fence. At Ashby on ramp. Where the camp burned. Take all that away. And mend the hole in the fence. At Ashby exit to outer highway at stop sign north bound signs are broken off. Spike of wood. Fences are run over. Fence at ban is all messed up a car obviously ... Then along the outer highway north bound graffiti on the wall. Grafitti on the east side of 880 north bound all the way Berkeley to do Cerrito. Walls. Mostly. At the railroad tracks at Hearst on the lumber yard it says Isue real big. GrafittI all around
