This is a cute, little quaint park with no playground equipment, but is visited by many families. I got engaged in this park, starting a "tradition" lol. (Her grandfather proposed to her grandmother there) Many activities go on, concerts, a folk fest every September that is really nice and features many Staten Island artists of all kinds. Just an overall nice environment.

Married at this park 30 years ago, visited and was disappointed. It was treated as a dog park with off leash dog with a group of 10 or more loud owners ( I am a dog owner and love them but ppl should not allow dogs off leash in open park …

It's a nice quiet place, my kids have fun with the stuff they bring from home to play. It would be very nice to have at least something in the park for the kids to play.

Depends on when. The Greenbelt Dance Workshop at Westerleigh Park has use of the Gazebo Sunday mornings till around 12-12:30. We Line Dance, the activity is free to all. Feel free to join us.
