I used their laser spa services back in 2009 and the quality of service was so good that I didn’t return until this week 12 years later for touch ups!!! Diane the owner is absolutely amazing, she’s making you feel comfortable and safe. I tried many other “laser” services over the years for other body/ face parts and they were all disappointing because their low prices were a way to get you in but after that, you end up paying more money to “finish the job”. I would only recommend Spitale laser spa for your laser needs! Valérie C.

I had a great experience at my last visit to Spitale Laser Spa. The staff was very attentive to my questions and concerns about how the company is ensuring their client's health and safety. My temperature was taken at the door and I was given hand sanitizer. Everyone wore a mask properly and the lash tech washed her hands before working on my face which was very appreciated! The little things go a long way to make you feel safe in their care. The facility felt and looked very clean. The staff were super friendly! I really felt welcomed. I would highly recommend receiving services from this family-based company! I will definitely be back!

A wonderful experience from start to finish! I came to Spitale to see Diane after i recovered from a car accident that left me out of shape and feeling awful about myself. The women at Spitale were wonderful from moment one! They all made me feel very comfortable, explained the processes and were always very welcoming every time i came in. I ended up choosing the CoolSculpting and the skin tightening treatments. I have been faithful to my appointments as well as being more active and eating healthy now. I couldn't believe the improvements after my progress photos were taken this week! I'm very happy with my entire experience and I will certainly be back for more pampering in the future. I had salon commitment issues, and had not done anything beyond a quick trim with my hair in over 5 years. That changed though, as I booked an appointment with Jasmine — thanks to recommendations from friends that have the best hair color/styles (and ironically go to Jasmine too). Jasmine did a stellar job not only cutting my hair, but also coloring (balayage). She was friendly, polite, and was happy to answer my many questions about the process and what she was doing. I'm happy to say I've been consistent with my hair appointments now, since I've FINALLY have a true professional and trustworthy hair stylist. Thank you, Jasmine!
