The spa is lovely. The massage therapists and the estheticians are wonderful. The staff do their best to make your visit pleasant. There is one problem. Their policies are so rigid that even when it is the business that makes a mistake the customer gets penilized. A good friend planned a visit with her husband who travels for work 3 months in advance. The spa messed up the appointments that were scheduled so what was to be a relaxing day was not. The response the day of and after was well...if you don't keep your one existing appointment even though one of you would not get a service you planned for and leave one person waiting for over an hour....well then we have to charge you for the service anyway. This is not acceptable and I can't go back for that reason. Prior to this incident I had been going regularly and about to plan a spa day for me and several friends. Since this decided I can't support a business that behaves like that when they are the one who made the mistake. I get that policies are there for a reason but people come there to get away and relax and maybe you should keep the policy talk to yourself until you determine what really happened. When the business is the one that made the mistake make it better and apologize without saying but. That just negates the apologies.

Second time coming and kathrine performed a deep tissue massage on me and was by the far the greatest massage I’ve ever received she is very Persistent with the pressure and did an absolutely amazing job I love her and will book only with her from now on . Amazing facial, friendly staff. Love the products offered and flexibility. My winter schedule is not forgiving, I had to reschedule 3 times due to work and they were extremely accommodating

This was delightful. Had a couple signature pedicure and we were treated so well. From the moment we walked in it was very calming and relaxing from the cold and dark weather NY brings this time of year. Pedicure was the best we’ve ever experienced. Offer of drinks and other services as well, our feet are still feeling smooth and fresh after a few days! 5/5 totally worth the money!

Some services that are not being offered at this time include scrubs and hydro-tub treatments. As pandemic restrictions change, we will continue to make adjustments to our operations as appropriate.
