Rented a Penske truck at this location for a long distance move. Had trouble with Penske's payment rules. 100% up front for a 10 day long distance rental. Later had trouble with paying when I showed up with Cash because Penske would only accept 5K in cash even though they required all of the money up front. Owner was both extremely helpful and patient (when I was frustrated) and helped me with the Penske rep to negotiate a reduced rate for the trip so we could close out the payment. The 26' truck made 3.2K miles in 4 days at >13mpg fully loaded with no issues at all. It was a bit anemic over the mountain passes but that is not an issue with this business. Overall good experience.

Rude customer service; rushed me during the rental process as I asked questions, owner made facial gestures as if I was a bother to him (rolling his eyes). Walked away from me before we were done! So, I called later to ask about the dropbox location and he asked, "didn't I tell you that earlier?" I said, no you walked away! Next day I call to confirm the rental closeout and he says "you called me during lunch. I'll call you back in a few minutes!" Not sure why he answered the phone if he's at lunch, but I apologized and said ok. Surprisingly, he called back but still having attitude being rude! Bottom line...poor customer service! I hope your days get better sir! Life is too short for hatefulness! Through all your treatment I still said thank you!

I got some work done few months back and these guys charged me $350. I thought it was too much for the job and decided not to come back. Now I was going to do same job with different car and few other places quoted almost $800. I am back getting my work done and thanked them to charge fair price. It is only costing me $387 this time. Not a very fancy place but these guys warranty there work and get the job done for right price.
