The area is always clean no matter the time of day I come in to do laundry. Love the machine card refill!! No more having to put money in the machines like the other laundromats have. Snacks are good, healthy drinks are in the machine too!! The washing machine works great and the dryers are even better,,, very hot! I have never had a problem with any machine since the “New Management “ took over! Fantastic!!!!

After confusion created by an online scheduling system, I got a call back from the manager who apologized, arranged for a new pick-up and drop off time and even offered to give me her personal cell number in the event of future communication problems. I am 100% IMPRESSED! I do recommend calling to schedule your pick-up and delivery until they get the online thing ironed out. I had planned to use this service as a one-time thing just to get caught up with my laundry, but the experience was so positive and the quality of the service so great, that I will definitely be using this service on a regular basis!
