We are giving them one star for the service that was given. I called them and asked them to put two of these on hold. This was our first time going to the store and we didn’t have much time to try to find them. Therefore I request the guys who were not wanting to give me his name all he gave me is R. After trying to explain to him why we needed it to be put upfront and also thanking him for doing this. He left this snarky comment on the box for us to read. Very disappointed in the customer service.

The employees working ovee there are very rude they don’t even know how to assist their customers please learn some manners i hate it going to manteca harbor freight they guy with the beard and the woman on the billing counter are so mean to their customers.

I have a very bad experience because, I bought a tool it needs battery and the battery is no include, so I went back to buy a battery and then no charger, how the people do that?
