Barnett Leather Layflat Power Sofa w/ Power Headrest and Lumbar with matching Loveseat: We were due for replacing our sofa and loveseat and after researching online, decided to check out Raymour and Flanigan. We've tried other stores in the past and wanted to try something better. Of the top 3 stores selected, we chose Raymour and Flanigan and could not be happier! The moment we walked into the store we were greeted by the very friendly and welcoming Letty. We told her what we were looking for and she patiently and courteously showed us around. Not only did we have a great time checking out the sofas and loveseats, but we also had a wonderful time as she attended us. Not only are we impressed with the quality of this sofa and matching loveseat, the customer service experience was phenomenal! I highly recommend Raymour and Flanigan and if you stop in the Fairfield store, ask for Letty! You won't be disappointed!

Prices are a little high, but I did buy a few things. The lamp and painting. I have to say I loved the lamp so much I bought 3 more since my last writing. Gave two to my daughter. Sales reps are great. Especially Juan Villa. Thank you Juan.

Did my research beforehand, so the transaction was quick and easy in the store. Even pickup of the item is scheduled only a couple days after purchasing. It was a better alternative than buying the piece online from another site. I got to see it and feel it and I'm satisfied in my choice to purchase in the store since there was also no difference in the price point and the salesman was very helpful.

Rugs can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're shipped UPS directly from the manufacturer. Deliveries are typically received within three weeks, but some could take up to six weeks.
Home decor items, which include table lamps, wall art and decor, florals, throw pillows, and all product labeled online only can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're generally shipped FedEx within two business days and should arrive within 5-10 days.
