The women working there definitely need to work on their people skills, they are always rude when we order from the drive thru. No hello, no thank you, nothing but attitude. I was ordering my food and one of the ladies was talking over me and didn't hear my order and then proceeded to tell me how I should order. Food is delicious but definitely not worth it. I'd rather go to the other location in the Renaissance center.

This is the worst waba grill location to go to. I’ve gone this place 3 times in the last month and ALWAYS had to go back because they forgot part of my order. Then they get rude and defensive when you complain. Will definitely be going else where next time. The workers are too rude for my liking! In response to the owner, I sent that email and got no response.
