They are holding my mail hostage and left me a letter at my door threatening to return it to sender just because I have a mail slot not a mailbox. I ordered a mailbox online and they won't deliver that either. I call and call at all hours of the day and they never answer their phone. They really should be open to the public if they aren't going to answer their phone! People need their mail!
