Went to pick up the tux rental last Saturday when it came in and the vest was too big and no shoes (I should have looked at the receipt) to make sure shoes were on there like I asked. They squared it away and got the shoes and vest in, in time for the event. BUT....I went back to pick it up when everything was in and the woman said I had a balance of $30 and change (ok, I figured because of the shoes). I looked at the screen and it was originally $57, discount of $40 which left a balance of $17. There was $12 in tax added!!!! When I asked why so much, the 1st response was that it was the damage waiver of $12 and when I said that I already paid that when I came in and ordered, then it was NY state tax that went up. I said that would mean almost a 75% tax on the amount due of $17 and I got a "I don't know". Had someone else come out to explain it, nothing was said, then the guy credited back $11 dollars....still with no explanation. I wouldn't say not to go there because the overall experience was good....just keep an eye on the taxes.

Just picked up my tux. Originally had to skip getting shoes as they did not have wide sizes. I had to buy a new pair of dress shoes to go with the tux. The tux itself looks old the material has no sheen - like it needed to be recycled a few years ago. I was not happy with the very limited selection of vests ant ties they had so I had to order a set on Amazon. I thought the worn looking old shirt that I wore at the fitting was just for fitting, but apparently was either the actual shirt I was getting or a good representation thereof. In addition to its drab appearance, it was NOT a tuxedo shirt! Google tuxedo shirt and you will get results that are pleated. This was a regular men's white dress shirt So again, I had to order one on Amazon. I basically spent $200 to rent an old jacket and pants. Luckily they did let me pick the tux up a week early so I have time for my replacement shirt, vest, tie, and shoes to arrive from Amazon. Hopefully then, I'm gonna like the way I look?

I haven’t owned a suit in years. Finally needed to breakdown and get one, along with all the accessories. Dylan at this store had me in and out and looking sharp in only a half an hour. That included the hem for my pants. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I dread clothes shopping but I will definitely be back if this is how smooth and easy it can be. This store is so friendly it feels like a Mom and Pop shop.
