I've been coming here for years and with the occasional exception food has been great. I even order it for staff meetings. The other day I walked in and ordered the chicken blt salad and asked to substitute grilled chicken. No problem, they said. I got back to my office ready to eat lunch, opened the bag, and discovered the fried, breaded chicken that I can't eat. I had to throw away the chicken but had the rest of the salad. I called Marco's right away to let them know what happened. I went back today and told the owner or perhaps one of the owners what happened. He cheerfully told me they'd be sure to get it right this time. When I went up to order and pay he was standing there and the girl at the counter gave me the full price total. I asked him why he wouldn't discount the purchase since I had to throw the last chicken out. He asked me for my phone number, looked it up and shook his head telling me I hadn't ordered that item. He was telling me I made the whole thing up, that I lied! I told him I walked in, that I hadn't called it in so he wouldn't have it under my phone number. The whole time he was shaking his head 'No'. He took a dollar off of the price, I got my salad and will not be back.

One of the best pizza & pizza crust I've tasted in a long time. Sicilian crust was light & airy tomato sauce just right, plenty of cheese too!

DELICIOUS. New customer for life! I’ve ordered pizza and wings from a lot of shops here in Middletown. This is THE FIRST place that doesn’t super fry their chicken to the point it is no longer edible. They fry it to perfection and it’s so gooood. Their pizza taste delicious it’s just perfect! The onion rings wow !! I know I ate all of this but the chicken took the cake because I’m not chewing and cutting my gums. Best Italian spot up here.

So good! My sister an I are plant based so we brought our own cheese to put on a gluten free veggie pizza and it was so delicious! 👌🏼They did Thier best to accommodate us, were very helpful and friendly. We appreciate the good service and delicious pizza! I would definitely come again.
