The process of selling a car was good, but it ended up being a nightmare after that. They barely could work with me to fix my light. Not sure whether to recommend or say don’t bother. Im not even going to bother them asking for a “free oil change” since now i changed it from 5 star to 2. I wish their customer service was as good as it is when they’re trying to sell you the car!

I bought my Honda Pilot from here over a year ago now, and had the best experience with City Motor Group Inc! The service was great, rates were great, and the process was hassle free. I’d highly recommend anyone to buy there next car from here!

My son that is a Marine went to test drive a vehicle, he liked it and was ready to talk numbers. He is young but has been educated on antics that car dealers can pull. This dealership lived up to that reputation. My son has over a 700 credit score, 739 actually. Never has had a late payment on any credit. The interest rate that the sales person tried to convince him was a really good rate was over 16%. Since when is this a good rate? My son knew better. Needless to say the conversation was over. My son already had an approval from his bank in the 5% range but after someone is dishonest with 16% being a good rate he walked out and did not buy the car. Very proud of his integrity not to give business to thieves. Oh and the other sales person was trying to convince a young girl that 22% was a good rate. 🤬 I decided to post this on google because of their disclaimer.

They treat their customers right!! Their cars are great affordable reliable and if anything does go wrong they take care of you ASAP. The staff are friendly helpful and honest unlike other places I’ve gotten vehicles in the past . I definitely recommend if your looking for a nice and reliable car, you go there. I found them online while searching for a car and I feel I got lucky and it’s been a wonderful experience working with them so much.
