I purchased my property in April moved in in May. I get a notice in June on my door my water is shut off. Prior to shut off I didn't receive any communication or warning to pay or any prior notice. How am I supposed to know who the water supplier is or who to pay if I didn't get any letter or communication. Usually companies contact you or warn you or give you a chance to pay before disconnecting your services.It was very inconvenient and I was very disappointed in the company process, the unprofessionalism, and how I was treated. WTH!

Terrible customer service! Just move in in to the area. With out any notice the shut off water. After an hour waiting on the phone, I’ve schedule an emergency. Nobody doesn’t care as it is not qualify for emergencies if they turn off the water. It was 100° outside. 3 days without water yet. Stuff is Really stubborn they think they know better in Florida if I have water or not in California when I’m standing in front of the kitchen foset. They telling me that water is on. I went outside and check water meter and there is a seal on the water supply line. Seriously also a liars!

Worst company ever. I have prepaid my balance for the last 8 years, that is they have me with a credit for at least 8 years for at least $60 in their favor. They held my extra money for all that time. Last month I requested an extension for 30 days on an outstanding balance of $32. Laughable was they denied my extension request, charged me a late fee and threatened to turn off service! Incredible doing this to people during the pandemic and being a monopoly as there is no other choice. You are at their mercy and poor customer service. Try to contact anyone helpful let alone you have no choice but to eat it!!!!

I have owned my home for 5 years in Sacramento County and have paid well over 10k in water bills over that time. I have had them come out 5+ times to "check for leaks" that they never find. They can never explain why my bill is 20 dollars one month and 400 the next. In addition they are the only option for water that I am aware of. If anyone has any options I would be happy to hear them. This company should be shut down absolute crooks!
