Never been to a place where the sales people don't bother to get out of their chairs. Nice furniture, but a very uncomfortable vibe when it is a ghost town. Some classes in how to be more customer focused, rather than a litany of worn-out excuses, would be beneficial. We went elsewhere and saved $640 on the same exact item and got free shipping!

Customer service is excellent. They have floor sales, But most furniture needs to be ordered. Prices are decent and furiture quality is Exellent.
