Last three or four times that I've been there I had french fries ask them to heat up so they were hot when I got them they were not in fact they look like old French fries I ordered some of their chickens chicken bits and then ask for sweet and sour sauce be put in the bag there and they didn't even put any sauce in there. I think it's just poor service when you ask for something to be put in your bag you expected to be there you shouldn't have to double-check it.

Burger tasted great. Online order moved quickly. Minus 1 star because it clearly said no onion.

To the person regarding hours of operation, yes Burger King's website shows inaccurate hours of operation, because this location is located in a Mall, so follow the mall's hours. That being said, most prices are 30 to 40 cents MORE than the Burger King on Calaveras Blvd in Milpitas. There is also no mobile ordering, and as well, this Mall location does not accept coupons. There is also no listings of Burger King's Value Menu (Regular Cheeseburger, Hamburger, and no Chicken Jr) so I am not sure if this location even has value menu.
