I was trying to grab a quick iced coffee on my way to an appointment. There was no line in the drive thru so I thought, this should be quick. I pull up place my order. Then pull around and only 2 cars ahead of me, 1 is already at the drive up window. Takes 10 minutes, then next takes 10 minutes, I finally get to the window and no one acknowledged me. The 2 employees talk to each other then disappear for 15+ minutes. I was ready to call the police, I thought something bad had happened to them. Then finally one shows up and gives me my iced coffee without saying a word. I would never go back.

Hell NO - never again waited 10 minutes before anyone saying hello to me! While 7 people were doing drive through not even caring about the people at the front counter line. They kept saying get drive through done. After Myself saying hello as workers walked past us taking food to drive through waited more time. " THE RUDEST STAFF EVER " ! Before they acknowledge us! Every table was dirty I had to go to front counter to get an employee to clean a table to sit. R u kidding me! Never again. Went back 4 years later 7/18/22 nothing had changes

Worsed experience I ever had with any fast food restaurant. Waited for over 20 minutes in the drive thru line. Seen many people get so upset they just drove off. The only thing I ordered was one large, hot Latte. What I got was a cup for $4.09 of dark, dirty water with cleaning solution. It tasted like straight up vinegar, and salt. Unfortunatly I was already to far away to return it. Does not deserve the one star I had to give!

Have all the McDonald's in the area given up? At the beginning of covid they were on point, now its completely ridiculous. Even the local uber eats drivers don't go there it takes so long. If you are done just lock the doors.
