It's an old fashioned mini restaurant, they have drive Tru, and a few tables if you wish to lunch here 😊

When a customer calls in an order, is it a custom to hang up before you get a name or give a number for pick up and give the total cost of the meal?

I would not say it is customary however a few of the employees do not speak English fluently. I believe majority of the people who call in are repeat customers so perhaps it is assumed those specifics you mentioned aren't necessary.
