Biff Hitler

I'm not sure how this place rates four stars. It's solidly mediocre. Burgers good but not great, fries not hot, 40 min wait for a to-go order, burger specials on Monday but no beer specials. You'll do much better at Set Em Up Jacks across town.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! One star is too generous. Avoid completely. Came into an almost empty restaurant and 7 workers standing in a circle doing nothing. (Which was the case our entire visit) Stood by the WTBS sign until WE asked if we were supposed to seat ourselves. It's all downhill after that with the no buns for the sliders, horrible waitress, wrong orders, no one asking if we wanted more drinks or refills, rude employees and waiting until the cook come out telling the wait staff our food had been sitting there. I guess it was too much of a burden to get out of their conversation to wait on YOUR ONLY TABLE!! Then...after waiting so long we got the wrong food and all of it was inedible. The worst part....the Manager was there letting all this mess happen. There are so many quality restaurants in Lawrence to support that want your business. Support them. Drive by this disgraceful place fast!

So I ordered delivery from Eatstreet fir $90 and it never got delivered. When I called the restaurant 30 minutes past time they said yes they got order and were waiting on driver to pick up. I had to go get it myself. When I got there it was sitting on a shelf and COLD. I asked what they were going to do about it...they said it wasn't their fault too bad for me. No refund, no re-cook no nothing. They should have called either me or Eatstreet 15 minutes after it was ready and no driver had shown up. Plus the girl was pretty "snippy" with me, like I didn't have a right to be upset - rude!

A great bar & Grill perfect for hanging out with good food. Weither it’s before a KU game or to stay and watch it on one of there many tv screens. Understandably get busy especially with there burger specials. Nice burger able to cook it different temperatures not all places will or can do that and still have a juicy burger. Recommend the sweet potatoes! Was warned about them being behind because of how busy but we got our food in good amount of time. Not sure of service since we sat at the bar but every time we asked for something they were on top of it.
