Rooms are decorated very nicely and drinks are quick to be available and served. However when it comes to song choices, no Spanish songs were available (like bad bunny or Spanish songs that could be quickly searched on YouTube). Everything was in Korean and finding songs were in a list that took forever to find a song that everyone knew. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you were looking for a last minute karaoke place. Better look elsewhere. However customer service was good and location was clean

Came here for my birthday and got here around 7:15, checked in around 7:30 during happy hour (which is until 8pm, the lady at the front desk tells us it’s a 30 min. Wait which is fine but then after 30 mins we check in with her again and she tells us it’s a longer wait and because the wait time went past 8pm we now have to pay the extra $ (which is over $50 an hour) and can no longer get the happy hour deal. When we tried to address this with her she totally ignored us. It was a terrible experience and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone as they will try to play you. I’m in my 20s and know how hard customer service is and try to be understanding as some things are out of their control but this was just terrible and she shouldn’t be at the front desk at all. Overall wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

My friends and I came here for karaoke on a Thursday and we had an amazing time! The staff were super accommodating and friendly. The song selection/sound quality were so good! We were surprised by all the three star reviews as we we had such a blast here!
