Went in last week to get my sunglasses adjusted and was so pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service I received! It depends on your prescription, the frame you choose, the lenses and options you select. Low-power prescriptions and glasses with basic lens options can be made for you same day. Our location does not have an on-site 1-hour lab. We have an urgent care lab where we can make glasses for low-power prescriptions and do same-day repairs & adjustments. To ensure quality of craftsmanship, glasses that use higher quality lenses or need higher prescriptions are ordered and shipped straight from our central lab with a 3-14 days turnaround time.
