Always seems slow. Have had several instances of rude people in the phone and at the drive thru. I've waited 4 hours for a prescription before.

Unlike the rest of this store, the pharmacy is actually well run with competent employees who actually focus on the purpose of a pharmacy: prescriptions.

If you call the pharmacy, they can probably tell you the price.
The pharmacy is open from 8 am to 9 pm on weekdays, and 9 pm to 6 pm on weekends.
I doubt that the pharmacy would be selling lipstick. This sounds like an item that the General Merchandise department would carry in one of the main aisles.
