Terrible!!!! They do NOT train their employees or at least not properly. They just throw them out on the floor and then they get complaints that the employee isn't doing their job correctly and then fires them. Well if ya don't train them how are they supposed to know what you expect of them. I know of 2 that were fired and 2 that quit in a months time because of this!!! This is why your turn around rate is so high

It was work pay was great just another machine of earthly destruction polluting the atmosphere at a mass rate we all play our parts long hrs good pay poor moral for me and lotta of down time on machines I liked the money but happiness isn't destruction I quit challange good survival job if your a man my dis pleasure was the indirect coldness of the place something seriously wrong with the operations at challange lack of security and shady characters here no evil see no evil speak no evil something wrong at challange one star for the pay only beautiful people but alot of looking the otherway
