I had called this place for an appointment and the person answering said I didn't need an appointment because they do walk in's. I went there and the lady who was in charge told me "appointment only" in a very stern and nasty tone of voice. I told her i had called and was told no appointment needed. she ignored me and just went back to what she was doing. i find that not only unprofessional but nasty and I will not go back there ever again and will tell anyone thinking of going there to go somewhere else. I would have expected at least a reply to my statement of something like "I'm sorry that was the wrong information. would you like me to make an appointment for you?" that is how you do business with the public in a professional manner. If i could rate this business in negative stars I would give it a negative 5.

I have been going to this nail salon for over 3 years now and they are great! There are only a few people working there, so if you don’t want to wait for possibly an hour or more, make an appointment! I am happy with my nails every time I go (and I’m very picky!). I highly suggest!

Go somewhere else. I spent $60 including tip for a gel French tip set. Within less than 2 days, the gel just started breaking off. I think it might be because I told the woman I wanted gel, but she started putting the polish that goes on …

Very good service and I love the way my nails turned out! They clean everything once there done and they are very careful with the nails LOVE that the take there time and not rushing everything like some other nail places I have been.
