We bought a Colorado Blue Spruce almost a year ago. When my husband bought the $300.00 tree from Bob @ Kat’s. Bob told him he would have a year warranty. We called Bob in September to tell him the tree looks like it is dying. Bob told us to call an arborist to come look at it, arborist confirmed it was dead. Called Bob to let him know the tree is in fact dead. We asked if he would replace it or give us a refund, funny thing Bob developed a case of amnesia and said there is no year warranty and basically we are out of 300.00. So many people in the world without a conscious. Guess it’s good thing we are strong believers in Karma, word of mouth, social media, and reviews work wonders! I’m plan to sing like a canary and post as many reviews as possible! Maybe Kat’s financial loss will be FAR greater than our 300.00.
