Ordered 1 egg sausage and cheese with brioche bread sandwich, took them 30 minutes and to make it worse, it had no flavor, tasted like a edible cardboard. Also costed $6 plus tax

We ordered delivery tonight our food was supposed to arrive around 630 at 7pm no delivery we called and Panera manger said she would call door dash to find the status. Door dash at 730 for some reason cancelled our order, I asked Panera manager if they could make a fresh order for me to pick up, they went above and beyond to help get our order. Thank you for the help

Whoever was in the kitchen was having a bad day. Half a bowl of soup with burned bread. This place is usually not too bad but today was the worst experience I’ve had.

Updated review: last time i was here i gave Panera a 5 star review - now it’s only 2 ! What happened?? The tables are dirty - service was slow- and they don’t bring the food to the tables anymore! I can’t believe there has been such a change! Really sad about my experience here. Next time I’ll do the drive through Previous review from last year:I frequent this Panera and have used both the drive through and also dine in. Fast casual yet still cozy. The workers generally are courteous and the service is quick. Plenty of options as far as mobile ordering as well as use of their tablets for ordering.
